Christopher Pope
With over 25 years of hands-on construction experience, Christopher Pope has built a reputation across two markets — the Research Triangle of North Carolina and the San Francisco Bay Area — for delivering exceptional results on complex, high-expectation projects. His career began in the field, framing houses and learning the trade from the ground up, and that foundation informs every decision he makes today.
Christopher's construction background is genuinely comprehensive. He has worked in and overseen every phase of the residential build process: pre-construction, foundation and structural framing, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical and systems coordination, tile and stonework, custom millwork and cabinetry, and the exacting finish details that define a truly exceptional home. That depth of technical knowledge — earned on job sites, not in boardrooms — is what makes him an unusually effective advocate for clients and an unusually demanding manager of subcontractors.
Over 200 completed projects have sharpened his ability to anticipate problems before they become costly, read a set of plans critically, and hold every trade to the standard the work demands. Architects, engineers, and subcontractors know that Christopher brings the same level of scrutiny to their work that he brings to his own.
